We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused leader to join our Supply Operations Team as an Audit and Compliance Officer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about workplace safety, operational excellence, and developing workforce capability within a busy healthcare logistics environment.

You will work closely with operational leaders and frontline teams to strengthen safety culture, drive compliance, and embed continuous improvement across supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable conducting audits, developing work instructions, delivering training, and identifying practical solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and service delivery.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being visible in the workplace, building strong relationships with staff, and leading through influence. You will have a keen eye for risk, strong attention to detail, and the ability to translate legislative and organisational requirements into practical processes, training programs, and operational improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced safety, compliance, or logistics professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to developing people, improving systems, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality across Supply Operations.

To support the training and assessment aspects of the role, the successful candidate will need to have completed, or be willing to complete, a Certificate IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment within 18 months of starting. Our management team is committed to supporting your development and will assist you in obtaining this qualification.

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to

  • Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
  • Have completed or the ability to complete a Cert IV or Diploma in Training and Assessment within 18 months of commencing in the role.
  • Current Forklift Licence.
