Compliance Administrator – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

As the Compliance Administrator in our Compliance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the activities of the Compliance team. These activities include preparing and coordinating meetings and workshops, minute taking, administrative support, organising team events and activities, research and reporting, ad-hoc project work, expense management and providing support to the Chief Compliance Officer where required. You will also undertake various compliance activities including the monitoring of compliance tasks and providing compliance systems support.

Your superior verbal and written communication skills will stand you in good stead as you liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. This role will suit someone who is looking to expand their knowledge and skill set in a compliance environment, while utilising their existing administrative experience.

You will also be responsible for the following

  • Outstanding administration and organisational skills, with a strong eye for detail and a proven track record of providing support to a busy team.
  • Good written and verbal communication with the ability to develop a rapport and build healthy working relations and partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders and peers.
  • Ability to effectively prepare, conduct, participate in, and follow up on business meetings.
