  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories, ensuring clarity and feasibility for development teams.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making and process improvements.
  • Define and manage product-centric operating models and ownership practices, enabling efficient product delivery and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate proposed solutions, identifying potential risks and dependencies.
  • Collaborate on project planning, support testing and quality assurance activities, and provide ongoing client guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.

All applicants must be UK security cleared to Developed Vetting level.

We are specifically looking for candidates with both technical and business focused skills, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and have working experience in some or all of the following:

Expertise in testing against requirements to ensure output confidence.
  • Agile and Project Management Skills: Experienced in Agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), with a track record of successfully managing scope in challenging environments and experience with Lean Portfolio Management.

Proven ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including challenging and influencing when necessary.
