We’re looking for an experienced offensive security professional to plan and deliver safe, simulated cyber-attack exercises across a large, complex technology estate. You’ll operate as a real-world adversary would—testing defensive controls, identifying high-impact weaknesses, and providing clear insight that supports strategic security decision-making.

You’ll be comfortable working across a broad range of technologies, from traditional enterprise environments to modern digital services. You’ll be able to tactically assess targets, execute varied attack paths (including chained attacks and evasion techniques), and achieve defined objectives while avoiding unnecessary disruption to live operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute threat intelligence-led, full-spectrum cyber-attack simulations, including long-term campaign planning, persistence, and post-exploitation activity.
• Take a red team approach to identify and validate high-impact weaknesses across priority systems and business-critical areas, assessing whether security controls are performing effectively.
• Communicate technical findings in clear, risk- and impact-focused language to senior stakeholders to enable informed decisions.
• Develop and implement tools and methodologies to enhance and automate offensive and analytical capability.
• Mentor junior team members and support wider knowledge transfer across technical and non-technical teams to strengthen security culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with exploitation methodologies across diverse technology stacks (enterprise and cloud/digital).
• Proven ability to execute realistic attack simulations, including stealth/evasion techniques and multi-step attack chains.
• Sound judgement around safety, scope control, and operational impact when working in production environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear risk narratives and practical recommendations.
• Experience building/automating tooling and improving team playbooks/processes.
• Coaching/mentoring capability and a collaborative mindset.
