As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced hospitality leader who is ready to take ownership, lead by example and play a key role in the Club's future success.

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club and ensure exceptional service standards are delivered across all areas of the business.

Reporting to Venue Manager, you will be responsible for leading frontline teams, driving operational excellence, maintaining compliance standards and ensuring a safe, seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting teams across bar, gaming, functions and general operations
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and handling escalated customer concerns
  • Supervising staff performance, training and daily work allocation
  • Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG and Club policies and procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and venue operations
  • Managing cash handling, reconciliations and incident reporting
  • Assisting with stock control, security and venue maintenance requirements
  • Supporting functions and special events as required

About You

You are a mature, reliable and highly motivated hospitality professional who leads from the front. You are comfortable making decisions, holding standards, mentoring team members and taking responsibility for operational outcomes.

To be successful, you will bring

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within hospitality, clubs, pubs or gaming venues
  • Current RSA and RCG Competency Cards
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Experience managing compliance, cash handling and venue operations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A flexible approach to working evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
