Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments
• Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to guarantee satisfaction
• Coordinate with human resources to support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee safety protocols, security procedures, and compliance with health regulations to maintain a secure environment
• Manage operational issues that arise during shifts, making quick decisions to resolve problems effectively
• Support the front of house team in delivering outstanding guest services while maintaining high standards of professionalism

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff
• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or Leisure industry
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals
• Excellent guest service skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff management and development
• Previous Leisure experience is highly desirable to understand industry standards and operations
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise seamlessly between departments and guests

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
