We are seeking an energetic and proactive Duty Manager to lead daily operations within our hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve high standards of guest care and operational excellence
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Coordinate with departments to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall facility presentation
- Monitor and manage reservations, walk-ins, and event bookings to optimize occupancy levels
- Conduct regular staff training on customer service protocols, safety procedures, and operational policies
- Oversee incident management, ensuring prompt resolution and proper documentation of any issues
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management within the hospitality or service industry
- Strong understanding of guest services principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact, positivity, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
