We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Perth team, managing an A-Grade single building commercial asset and delivering best-in-class building operations, maintenance, and client outcomes. You'll be the driving force behind the cost-effective operation and maintenance of this will know commercial asset. Lead building operations, ensure compliance and deliver outstanding service that keeps tenants and clients happy.

The Opportunity

  • Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance and asset performance
  • Manage and coordinate contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving complex issues proactively
  • Prepare and manage budgets, capital works, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and statutory regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify efficiency opportunities

About You

  • Proven experience in Facilities Management / Building Operations (commercial property preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of building services (fire safety, mechanical, hydraulic, structural).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Financial acumen across budgets, Capex and reporting
  • Sound understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Property (desirable)

Desired Skills and Experience

Proven experience in Facilities Management / Building Operations (commercial property preferred)
