Job Summary

Olways Management Services Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and coordination of workplace facilities. This role offers an opportunity to manage day-to-day facilities needs, work with service providers, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organised working environment.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations
  • Arrange routine maintenance and repairs
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Monitor building services and workplace requirements
  • Help manage maintenance schedules and service requests
  • Keep facilities records and documentation up to date
  • Support health, safety, and workplace procedures
  • Monitor facilities-related costs and requirements
  • Respond to operational issues and coordinate solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve facilities and workplace processes

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities, property, operations, administration, or a similar area
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable coordinating contractors and service providers
  • Practical approach to maintenance and operational issues
  • Able to manage several tasks and priorities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Previous facilities management experience is welcome but not essential
