Olways Management Services Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and coordination of workplace facilities. What you'll do
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations
- Arrange routine maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor building services and workplace requirements
- Help manage maintenance schedules and service requests
- Keep facilities records and documentation up to date
- Support health, safety, and workplace procedures
- Monitor facilities-related costs and requirements
- Respond to operational issues and coordinate solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve facilities and workplace processes
Requirements
- Experience in facilities, property, operations, administration, or a similar area
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating contractors and service providers
- Practical approach to maintenance and operational issues
- Able to manage several tasks and priorities
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Previous facilities management experience is welcome but not essential
