Facilities Manager

Reeve · London, Greater London

Salary

Type
Full-time

Overview

Your shift management, compliance oversight, and problem-solving under pressure translate directly to running building operations.

About this role

We're rebuilding facilities management: an AI platform that handles the volume, and expert FM people who own everything it can't. If you're ambitious, organised, and think the industry is a decade behind what it could be, read on.

The setup

Kitt designs and operates workspace for brands worth leaving home for. Reeve is our sister platform, the AI that runs the portfolio: reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch, reporting. Same business, two brands.

We are rapidly expanding across London and are onboarding 200+ buildings over the next 12 months.

The job

Report to the Head of Operations. Run the day-to-day across your patch of buildings, with Reeve as your operating system. Most FMs spend their week in inboxes and spreadsheets. You won't. The platform handles the volume; you bring the judgment, and every problem you solve makes it smarter.

You will

  • Run day-to-day FM across your buildings: reactive jobs, PPM, compliance, and suppliers
  • Work through Reeve, not spreadsheets. Spot where the platform should do more, and help shape what it does next
  • Support new building onboarding: asset registers, supplier handovers, compliance records
  • Manage suppliers day to day and hold them to the standard the client actually experiences
  • Keep compliance tight and flag M&E risk early, before it becomes a failure
  • Own problems end to end. When something's broken, you fix it or find who can

Requirements

  • Ambitious. You want more scope, faster than the industry usually gives it. You see the AI side of this as your edge, not a threat.
  • Organised. You run a tight ship: nothing dropped, nothing chased twice, a clear picture of every open job across your buildings.
  • Tech-first. You'd rather work with an AI platform every day than manage a shared inbox. You're curious about what it can do and quick to learn it.
  • High ownership. You take the whole problem, not your slice of it. You don't file things under "not my job" and move on.
  • Easy to work with. Straight-talking, low-drama, quick to share what you know. Contractors, landlords, and your own team all find you the person who makes things simpler, not harder.
  • Customer first. You measure the job by what the client experiences in the building, not by whether the box got ticked.
  • Bias to action. You'd rather make the call and adjust than wait for permission.
  • Solid FM foundations to build on: reactive and planned maintenance, supplier management, and compliance basics across HVAC, electrical, water, and fire. You don't need to have run a big portfolio yet. You need to be ready to.

Benefits

  • Starting salary of £50,000-£65,000, depending on experience
  • Generous stock option scheme (ask us what this means if you're not sure)
  • 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays
  • Parental leave: up to 12 weeks paid for the primary caregiver
  • Pregnancy loss support leave
  • Regular socials. We love a good party.
  • Free weekly lunch, regular team breakfasts and daily snacks
  • Annual company trip
  • Team socials on a Thursday
  • Octopus Money Coach
  • Workplace Nursery Benefit
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Season Ticket Loans
