Procare's Factual Investigations Division are seeking *Factual Investigators experienced in General Insurance (GI)*to join our team.

We have full time and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role

  • Attend various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and a proportion of work across VIC;
  • Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
  • Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You

  • Hold a Certificate III in Investigations*and a current and valid *Investigators Licence;
  • Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
  • Hold an ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain);
  • Hold an *Working with Children Check*(or willing to obtain);
  • Experience conducting General Insurance investigations is preferred.
