About this role

This is an opportunity to lead a fire and security branch, shape its team and have a genuine say in how the operation develops.

An established BAFE and NSI-accredited company is looking for someone to take responsibility for its Romford branch. They’re open to an experienced manager, but would also consider a Senior Engineer or Supervisor who has already taken the lead on people and projects and is ready to step up.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Leading the engineering and office teams
  • Overseeing service delivery, repairs and workloads
  • Maintaining customer and compliance standards
  • Improving branch performance and supporting its growth

You’ll need a strong technical background across fire alarms, CCTV, intruder and access control systems, along with previous leadership or supervisory experience. Knowledge of British Standards, risk assessments and method statements will also be important.

The package includes

  • £55,000–£60,000 basic
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension and additional employee benefits
  • Long-term development within an established national company

If you’re already managing within fire and security, or you’re ready to take that next step, send over your CV, and we’ll be in touch.
