About this role

Health Club Duty Manager - 24 Hour Contract

As a Duty Manager at our client’s exclusive residential development at White City Living, you will support the daily operations of the residents’ Health Club and Spa, comprising an exclusive resident gym, swimming pool, vitality pool, studio, and premium wellness facilities areas.

We are looking for a motivated team member who is keen to develop their operational experience by supporting the day-to-day running of a Health Club facility, with a particular focus on delivering fitness classes and creating meaningful resident engagement.

Due to the team’s shift patterns, applicants must have full flexibility throughout the working week, with no restrictions on their availability. Weekend work is required as part of this role.

You will be responsible for helping to maintain the highest standards of safety, service excellence, and resident engagement. Reporting directly to the Club Manager, you will support the smooth running of the gym, pool, spa, and wider wellness facilities, while coordinating day-to-day operations, resident experiences, and stock control. Your passion for leisure, strong leadership, and community-focused mindset will help create a vibrant social hub where residents feel welcomed, safe, and connected.

  • Gather resident feedback to continuously enhance the Health Club experience.
