About this role

The Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) is a statutory body set up to combat and reduce the incidence of major crime and corruption in the public sector in Queensland. Its functions and powers are set out in the Crime and Corruption Act 2001.

About You

For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate

  • Interpersonal skills together with personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships and enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment.
  • Well-developed communication skills including negotiation, consultation and training experience across a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of and experience in the design and delivery of training including new starter induction training as well as the ability to assess training needs based on sound analysis of competency gaps.
  • Sound knowledge and skills in the functions and application of electronic Document & Records Management Systems (eDRMS) and any specific knowledge of the Content Manager system.
  • Ability to apply and audit against relevant government information standards via metadata to maintain the integrity of an eDRMS based on relevant government information standards such as Records Governance Policy and Information Security Policy (IS18-2018).
  • Success in developing/reviewing policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
