Responsibilities
- Ensure that all security policies are complied with and enforced across the site
- Performing physical site patrols to prevent unauthorised access and prevent the appropriation of company assets.
- Adhere to all company policies and ensure best working practice is achieved within the health & safety guidelines.
- Performing staff searches in line with current policies/ procedures
- Operating high-tech security equipment in line with current policies/ procedures
- Monitoring and analysing CCTV Footage in line with current policies/ procedures
- Maintain an excellent level of Professionalism and be always courteous.
- Greeting visitors/contractors/staff and ensuring they all are booked in/out as per policies/ procedures
- Supplier vehicles are booked in/out, and checking all vehicles are security sealed on arrival and departure.
- Completing incident reports and witness statements where required
- Security Equipment is checked and booked out in line with current policies/ procedures
- Any other reasonable requests in line with the business needs Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
- A People, safety, security mindset is essential
- Able to communicate well with others both written and oral
- Willingness to form strong relationships within a team is key
- SIA Licensing is advantageous however not essential
- Previous security experience desirable but not essential
- Full training provided
