Full job description
We are seeking a professional, reliable and proactive Mobile Response Officer to join our existing team. The successful applicant will be responsible for responding to incidents, conducting site patrols & unlocks/lock ups, providing a visible presence, and ensuring the safety and security of people, property and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to alarm activations, incidents, and emergency situations
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned locations
- Perform unlock / lock ups at designated client premises / sites
- Monitoring & Identify risks
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence
- Carry out 'Welfare checks' for security personnel on sites, ensuring their safety & wellbeing whilst on shift.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records, ensuring accurate attention to detail
- Liaise with Senior Management, Clients and emergency services as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

- Security: 2 years (preferred)
