Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Duty Manager role

  • Oversee and lead the night team, ensuring they deliver high levels of guest service
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including check-ins and check-outs
  • Prepare and submit nightly reports to senior management. Communicate any important occurrences to the day team.
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Monitor the safety and security of the premises

About you

Proven experience in hospitality operations with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage overnight teams effectively. You will have excellent knowledge of hotel procedures, guest service standards, and health and safety requirements.
