Here's a Snapshot Of The Responsibilities

  • Conduct and lead complex on-site investigations into internal theft, fraud, and significant cash or stock losses.
  • Analyse procedural irregularities and variance data to identify root causes, lead/support investigative interviews, and provide targeted training to high-variance venues to reduce errors.
  • Investigate critical security incidents and criminal activity to implement root-cause mitigation strategies.
  • Develop physical security programs ("target hardening" locations via physical security, alarms, and cash protection), provide immediate incident response, and coach venue leaders on best-practice controls.
  • Act as the local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all risk and protection matters.
  • Prioritise and conduct unannounced, risk-based venue visits and holistic reviews to assess local risk levels, identify vulnerabilities, and deliver localised training.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Police, regulatory authorities, security vendors, and external partners.
  • Prepare detailed evidence briefs to support Police action and court outcomes.
  • Partner with Format Partners to assess and mitigate risks for new builds, renewals, and venue acquisitions, while contributing to company-wide risk policies, procedures, and training materials.

What do we need from you
