This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a frontline security team within the Soft Facilities Management service, playing a key role in delivering a safe, secure, efficient and customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, lead and develop team performance, and ensure resources are used effectively to deliver value for money. You will be contractually enrolled into the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) one of the largest and most generous defined benefit pension schemes in the country.
