We are seeking an experienced, driven, and customer-focused Regional Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of multiple Manufacturing & Logistics sites across the region.

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for ensuring sites consistently deliver exceptional service, achieve contractual KPIs, maintain full compliance, and meet client expectations. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between clients, site management teams, and senior leadership, driving operational excellence, workforce engagement, and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

The role requires regular travel, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to performance management, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership — Lead and support Site Supervisors across multiple Manufacturing & Logistics locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • KPI & Performance Management — Run weekly/monthly KPI reviews, analyse performance data, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management — Act as the main operational contact, manage escalations, attend client reviews, and deliver service improvements.
  • Site Visits & Audits — Conduct regular site visits, audits, inspections, and quality reviews, ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.
  • Compliance & Health and Safety — Maintain full compliance with policies and legislation, promote H&S culture, review documentation, and support incident investigations.
  • People Management — Lead and develop Supervisors and teams, support recruitment and retention, and conduct performance and development reviews.

About You

  • • Multi‑Site Operational Leader — Proven experience as a Regional/Area/Support Manager overseeing multi‑site operations within Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Security Services, or Facilities Management.
  • Client‑Focused Operator — Strong background in managing client relationships, delivering contracted services, and maintaining high service standards.
  • Performance‑Driven — Demonstrable success in KPI management, operational improvement, and leading teams to achieve measurable results.
  • Qualified & Licensed — Holds a valid SIA DS/SG licence and a full UK driving licence; IOSH/NEBOSH desirable, with additional H&S, Security or Leadership qualifications advantageous.
  • Strong People Leader — Skilled in motivating teams, managing performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
  • Excellent Communicator — Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with clear, effective communication skills.
  • Highly Organised — Strong planning, prioritisation, and problem‑solving abilities across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
  • Commercially Aware — Focused on client retention, service excellence, and operational performance.
  • Tech‑Confident — Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems.

Additional Requirements
