Position Summary

Light & Wonder are looking for a proactive and self-driven Regional Security Lead to join our team based in our Rubi or Manchester office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant working environment across our L&W facilities within a dynamic, global organisation.

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of critical security systems, while working closely with the Global Security Projects and Systems (GSPS) team to ensure regional compliance with company-wide standards. You’ll contribute to audits, support investigations, and play an important role in the delivery of global security initiatives under the guidance of the Global EHSS Director.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Global Security Projects and Systems Manager across security systems, investigations, and processes
  • Assist with the installation, operation, and maintenance of CCTV, access control, burglar, and fire alarm systems to ensure operational readiness
  • Promote and support compliance with all applicable security and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers regarding maintenance and construction-related activities
  • Prepare and review reports to ensure investigations are completed thoroughly and effectively
  • Support safety and security audits, investigations, and global risk or threat assessments
  • Monitor and report any criminal or suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required
  • Assist in training security officers on corporate safety and security procedures
  • Monitor life safety systems to ensure all equipment remains fully operational
  • Collaborate with the Risk team to support background checks for employees, contractors, and vendors
  • Coordinate the issuance of access badges for new starters across the region
  • Work closely with global security teams to ensure programme readiness and alignment
  • Compile data and key performance indicators to support continuous improvement of security systems
  • Support duty of care initiatives for global traveller safety and security
  • Assist with tracking and investigation of global deliveries where required
  • Provide general support across security projects and activities as directed by management

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • Proven experience working with regional or global security systems and programmes
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong working knowledge of CCTV systems (e.g. Avigilon), access control (e.g. ProWatch), and alarm systems (e.g. Tyco)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in project coordination or management is beneficial
  • Highly organised, dependable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to support and train others

Qualifications

  • Security Regulation training would be advantageous
