Regent FM are hiring for an urgent and exciting new position within our expanding Security Division. We have been tasked with deploying a high-visibility residential security presence across a prestigious neighbourhood in Belgravia, London.
We are seeking a professional and proactive Residential Mobile Security Officer to provide reassurance and protection to residents through a combination of routine mobile and foot patrols. The role is designed to deter and detect suspicious activity, ensuring peace of mind within one of London’s most exclusive areas.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted representative of Regent FM, maintaining a professional image and excellent communication with residents and our management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular mobile patrols using a Regent FM marked electric pick-up truck.
- Carry out on-foot patrols throughout the residential area to maintain a strong, visible security presence.
- Deter, detect, and report any suspicious or criminal activity.
- Provide a reassuring and approachable presence to residents and visitors.
- Complete accurate and detailed incident and activity reports.
- Communicate effectively with Regent FM management and local law enforcement when necessary.
- Ensure the security vehicle is kept clean, charged, and in good working order.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving License – essential.
- Valid SIA Front Line License (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor) – essential.
- Previous experience in residential or mobile patrol security – desirable.
- Excellent observation and communication skills.
- Smart, professional appearance and a strong sense of personal integrity.
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
