We currently have an opportunity for a SAP Security Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security measures for the protection of SAP systems and products across Super Retail Group.

About this role

We currently have an opportunity for a SAP Security Engineer to join the team. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security measures for the protection of SAP systems and products across Super Retail Group. The SAP Security Engineer is also responsible for the monitoring, response, and remediation of any SAP security incidents.

Reporting to the Senior ERP Manager, you will manage and support a complex SAP landscape across ECC, NetWeaver Portal, ABAP/Java dual-stack systems, Fiori, SAP CRM, SAP BW, SAP BTP, SAP HCM and SAP ECP.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to

  • Implement, configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the SAP security tools and platforms.
  • Perform routine audit of SAP security tools and platforms to ensure solutions are licenced & appropriately managed.
  • Design security solutions for remediating and enhancing core infrastructure in accordance with security architecture and guiding principles.
  • Develop technical solution documentation for SAP systems.
  • Design technical change artefacts for SAP solutions.
  • Assess risks, issues, dependencies for solutions and design mitigation strategies to ensure successful deployment.
  • Diagnose problems affecting systems and services & resolve within short timeframes to enable availability, continuity & integrity of services.

About You

  • Extensive SAP Security Experience (8+ years)
  • SAP Security with a good understanding of SAP Basis.
  • Experience with SAP ECC, CRM, NetWeaver Gateway, SAP Java, SAP BTP, SAP HCM and SAP ECP.
  • Experience in deploying security controls in large scale and distributed environments.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, including ISO 27000 family, PCI-DSS, NIST, ASD Essential Eight.
