We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Contract Manager to oversee security operations and contractual relationships within our organization. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee security service contracts, ensuring all contractual terms are met effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with security vendors to schedule patrols, surveillance activities, and emergency response drills.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and security procedures.
- Develop comprehensive incident reports and maintain detailed documentation of security activities.
- Implement surveillance strategies utilizing CCTV systems to monitor premises continuously and identify potential risks.
- Lead investigations into security incidents, gathering evidence through report writing and surveillance footage analysis.
- Ensure all security personnel are trained in first aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience in security management or contract oversight within a corporate or large-scale environment.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed reports documenting incidents, inspections, and investigations.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety improvements.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and certification in basic life support is highly desirable.
