Black Ops Protection is looking for experienced Security Supervisors to lead teams of crowd controllers in Sydney’s busiest pubs and clubs. If you have a strong presence, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for keeping nightlife safe, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security officers on shift
• Manage crowd control and patron safety at busy venues
• Conduct ID checks and ensure RSA compliance
• Respond to and manage incidents calmly and professionally
• Liaise with venue management, staff, and emergency services
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patrons

Essential Requirements

• Current NSW Security Licence (1A – Crowd Control)
• Valid RSA Certificate
• Valid First Aid Certificate
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Professional presentation and punctuality
• Experience in fast-paced nightlife or venue security

Desirable

• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor in pubs, clubs, or large venues
• Knowledge of Sydney nightlife and venue operations
