About Us

We are a reputable local security company based in South East London, providing professional security services across licensed venues and events. We are currently looking for a reliable, experienced, and professional Security Officer / Door Supervisor to join our growing team.

Essential Requirements

• Valid Frontline SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Proven experience working in pubs, clubs, and events
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and venue policies.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.
• Carry out thorough ID checks to verify age and identity.
• Conduct searches in line with SIA guidelines and company procedures.
• Control access and monitor entry and exit points.
• Identify, prevent, and manage conflict using effective communication and de-escalation techniques.
• Remain vigilant to detect suspicious behaviour, unauthorised access, or potential threats, taking appropriate action when required.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and concerns.
• Work closely with venue management and clients to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
• Record and report incidents accurately, completing detailed incident reports when necessary.

Requirements

• Valid Frontline SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
• Previous experience as a Door Supervisor within pubs, clubs, and events (essential).
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
