Average 5 days per week | Rotating 12-hour shift pattern (Days & Nights)

Pattern: 3 day shifts, 4 night shifts, 3 days off, 4 day shifts, 3 night shifts, 4 days off

You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment, responding to incidents, supporting visitors and contractors, and ensuring all security procedures are followed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who takes pride in delivering exceptional service while protecting people and property.

What you'll do

  • Provide a professional and visible security presence
  • Monitor the site and respond to security incidents
  • Operate CCTV, radio and security systems
  • Respond to emergencies including fire alarms and evacuations
  • Support visitors, contractors and colleagues on site
  • Complete incident reports and security documentation
  • Monitor and maintain site records and logbooks
  • Liaise with emergency services and statutory authorities when required
  • Report security concerns and recommend corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures and assignment instructions
  • Build positive relationships with the client and site teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

What you'll bring

  • Valid SIA Frontline Guarding Licence
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a security role
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, professional and trustworthy approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organisational skills

Desirable

  • Qualification in Security Operations
  • Previous experience within a corporate or commercial security environment
  • Experience completing incident reports and security documentation
