As our operations continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team of dedicated and professional SC Cleared Security Officers.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for part-time, zero-hour, and relief SC Cleared Security Officers to support assignments across corporate, commercial, government, and other security-sensitive environments.

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service and representing our company to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

(Included but not limited to)

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence at all times.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises and surrounding areas.
• Monitor and control access and egress to site.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident records.
• Ensure compliance with site assignment instructions and company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and members of the public.
• Adhere to all security, confidentiality, and information-handling requirements applicable to security-cleared environments.

Essential Requirements

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence or SIA Security Guard Licence.
• Current and active Security Check (SC) Clearance.
• Ability to maintain and comply with the requirements of security-cleared assignments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service focus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and at short notice when required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable Requirements

• Previous experience working within government, critical infrastructure, corporate, or high-security environments.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• First Aid qualification.
• CCTV Licence (where applicable).

Pay: £14.50-£14.55 per hour
