About this role

Are you an experienced and professional Security Supervisor with a passion for protecting people, stores and assets? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment where you can lead teams and make a real impact?

*Join our Profit Protection Team and play a key role in supporting our Regional Profit Protection Manager.*This is a 40-hour per week role, requiring flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days.

In this field-based role, you’ll oversee the delivery of manned guarding, ensure the physical security of our stores, and drive compliance with all security policies and procedures. You’ll take ownership of supervising and managing guarding teams, monitoring performance, and continuously improving the effectiveness of our security provision across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Recruit, induct and train Security Officers and Store Detectives
  • Lead and manage team performance, providing coaching and support
  • Conduct store visits, ensuring standards are met and deliver training where needed
  • Identify and report theft risks, security concerns and procedural issues
  • Complete incident reporting, weekly updates and maintain accurate records
  • Plan rotas, carry out audits and support investigations in line with company and HR procedures

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in retail security, ideally in a supervisory or field-based role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others
  • Excellent knowledge of loss prevention and security procedures within a retail environment
  • Ability to analyse incidents, identify trends and take proactive action to reduce loss and improve performance
  • Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills, with a flexible approach to travel and working hours
  • Must hold a valid UK Driving License
