Description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Security Team Leader to manage a team of five Security Officers at a school site in Ilford (IG6).
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day security operation, support and lead the security team, and ensure the site remains safe and secure for pupils, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, coordinating the team, and ensuring all security procedures are followed.
This is a full-time, long-term position offering consistent Monday to Friday hours and the opportunity to work a high number of hours.
Shift Pattern
- Day shifts
- Monday to Friday
- 8 to 12-hour shift
- Mixed shifts
- High availability of hours
This role offers a high number of working hours, with consistent shifts and the opportunity to take on additional hours where available.
Requirements
- SIA Licence
- Clean Enhanced DBS certificate (we can apply for this if you do not currently have one).
