From our first London workspace over 20 years ago, we've grown to 60+ locations across the UK, supporting 30,000+ members and partnering with trailblazing brands like Ocado, The British Fashion Council, and Pangaia.

The ideal candidate will bring solid facilities management expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of 60+ locations.

What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Technical Services Lead, you'll help drive facilities excellence across our portfolio, supporting our building teams while ensuring our workplaces remain safe, compliant, efficient and exceptional for our members.

You'll take ownership of key facilities initiatives including:

  • Managing and developing Area Facilities Managers
  • Leading contractor relationships and performance management
  • Driving service improvements through SLA and KPI monitoring
  • Supporting major reactive works and complex issue resolution
