About this role
Senior Compliance Advisor position working for a technology led organisation operating within the financial markets.
You will join a sizable team with a focus on investigations and the review, resolution or escalation of complaints and potential breaches. You will be responsible for gathering evidence, writing investigation reports with findings and recommendations and driving remediation and regulatory change projects. You will also advise and educate stakeholders on their obligations and contribute to ongoing process improvement.
You must have at least 6 years of compliance experience gained within the financial markets and demonstrable knowledge of the ASX market rules. You must also have highly developed analytical, investigative and problem-solving abilities and exceptional verbal, written, presentation and communication skills. In addition you must be able to manage the pressure of urgent matters and competing priorities whilst maintaining an eye for detail.
