*Senior Cybersecurity Manager |*Up to £72k per annum + car allowance

We're looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to lead and evolve our cyber security strategy, helping safeguard our business, guests and colleagues in an increasingly digital world.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity where you'll work closely with the Director of IT, senior stakeholders and third-party technology partners to shape and deliver Marston's cyber security roadmap.

You'll balance strategic security governance with hands-on delivery, ensuring our cloud-first technology landscape remains secure, resilient and compliant.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading Marston's cyber and information security strategy and governance framework
  • Managing cyber risk, compliance and security assurance across the business
  • Overseeing incident response, security monitoring and vulnerability management
  • Supporting PCI DSS, GDPR, Cyber Essentials and wider security obligations
  • Working with suppliers and managed service partners to strengthen security controls
  • Reporting cyber risk and performance to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Driving a positive security culture through awareness, training and engagement

What we're looking for

We're keen to hear from experienced cyber security leaders who can demonstrate:

  • Significant experience in cyber security, information security or IT risk management
  • A strong understanding of information security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
  • Experience managing cyber risk within cloud-based and outsourced technology environments
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS, GDPR and security governance best practice
  • The ability to communicate complex security issues to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience influencing stakeholders and driving positive change across a business

Experience within hospitality, retail, leisure or another multi-site customer-facing environment would be advantageous.
