About this role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations at one of London's newest commercial office developments!
You'll take ownership of a landmark multi-tenanted office building in the heart of the City, leading the on-site team and helping shape the operational standards, occupier experience and culture from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to join a building at launch stage and play a key role in establishing it as one of London's premier workplace destinations.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading the day-to-day management of the property and all associated facilities services
- Managing occupier relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
- Leading contractor performance and ensuring service partners consistently deliver against agreed standards
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets and expenditure
- Driving sustainability, wellbeing and occupier engagement initiatives
- Managing and developing the on-site Facilities Assistant and wider service partners
- Producing client reports and performance data
- Supporting the mobilisation and ongoing operation of the building as new occupiers are onboarded
About You
- Experience as a Facilities Manager or Senior Facilities Manager within a commercial property environment
- A background working for a managing agent or within a multi-tenanted commercial office building
- Strong knowledge of health & safety and property compliance requirements
- Experience managing contractors, budgets and occupier relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on management style
- A genuine passion for delivering best-in-class occupier experiences
