Overview

Your experience conducting thorough investigations, managing evidence, and interviewing witnesses under PACE or similar frameworks is directly applicable to handling complex workplace complaints and disciplinary matters. You are used to preparing case files, managing multiple cases simultaneously, and making defensible findings — all core to this role. The ability to navigate sensitive internal issues and provide clear, written reports is something you have done routinely in policing.

  • 2x Temporary Full Time positions available (up to 12 months)
  • Clerk Grade 9/10
  • Package up to $166,549 pa. Package includes salary range ($133,348 pa to $146,945 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Greenacre (3 days per week office based, up to 2 days per week remote)

In this role you will undertake case management and investigation of complex workplace complaints and disciplinary matters.

About you

  • You will have experience in providing support to management and staff on workplace complaints, grievance and disciplinary matters, internal reviews, external agency enquiries and Public Interest Disclosures.
