We now have an exciting opportunity for a Surveillance Case Manager, to work within our National Investigations Team based at our head office in*Alexandria*.

This is a full time, permanent role.

Your Role

  • Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations.
  • Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration.
  • General insurance investigations support.
  • Coordinating travel bookings and preparing external information requests.
  • Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution.
  • Skip traces & witness location support.

About You

We’re seeking a passionate and driven professional who has:

  • Excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach;
  • Intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Experience, exposure and/or an interest within a relevant industry (insurance, investigations or legal);
  • Superior time management skills and diary management of up to 50 resources for weeks in advance;
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, ability to multi-task & adapt to constantly changing priorities and client demands;
  • Have excellent written & verbal communication skills;
  • Negotiation and strategic planning; and
  • A commitment to assisting the team with some weekend/out of hours work calls.
