Procare's Investigations Division are seeking resourceful & dedicated physical Surveillance Operatives for insurance and corporate matters in Canberra.

The Role

  • Attend various locations, predominantly within Canberra and a proportion of work across ACT;
  • A varied portfolio of work is on offer including field surveillance, personal injury investigations, witness/subject location & enquiries, government, general insurance & corporate matters.
  • We are also interested in hearing from*dual licenced investigators* who can work in other states.

About You

  • Insurance experience across Workers Compensation and/or CTP portfolios is preferred;
  • Appropriate surveillance equipment, photographic and video skills;
  • Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
  • Hold a Certificate III in Investigations*and all relevant *2E licence and master licence;
  • If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
  • *Strong attention to detail,*effective communication and are self-motivated to meet deadlines;
