The Procare Group are seeking resourceful & dedicated physical Surveillance Operatives for insurance and corporate matters in Perth. A varied portfolio of work is on offer including field surveillance, personal injury investigations, witness/subject location & enquiries, government, general insurance & corporate matters.

We are also interested in hearing from*dual licenced investigators* who can work in other states.

About You

You are a skilled Surveillance Operative with insurance experience across Workers Compensation and CTP portfolios. You have a demonstrated willingness to communicate effectively and regularly to achieve the desired outcomes of each investigation.

You must have

  • Appropriate surveillance equipment;
  • Physical surveillance experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP;
  • Photographic and video skills;
  • A licenced vehicle;
  • Current investigator’s licence;
  • An ABN (if contracting);
  • Ability to submit the findings of your investigation through various mediums and technological platforms;
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving; and
  • Honesty, integrity, self motivated & the ability to work within strict time frames.
