*JOB TITLE:*Unified Endpoint Security Lab Lead

*SALARY:*£126,523 - £148,850 (outside London) £146,591 - £172,460 (London)

*LOCATION:*Edinburgh, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, London

*HOURS:*Full-time (35 Hours)

What you'll be doing…

This is a pivotal opportunity to join Lloyds Banking Group and the Chief Security Office as we transform how security is delivered across the Group. As Unified Endpoint Security Lab Lead, you'll define and lead the strategy, delivery and operation of endpoint security controls across the UK's largest digital bank. You'll bring together previously distributed security capabilities into a single, cohesive lab, driving modern, scalable and automated security outcomes that reduce risk while enabling the business to move faster.

Leading multidisciplinary engineering and security teams, you'll own the roadmap for endpoint security capabilities across colleague devices, server platforms, browser and web controls, and email security, while collaborating closely with teams across identity, cloud, network and application security. You'll play a critical role in simplifying the control landscape, strengthening operational resilience, managing security risk and shaping the future of enterprise security at scale.

What we're looking for?

  • Significant experience leading endpoint security, workplace security or related security engineering functions within a complex enterprise environment
  • Strong expertise in modern endpoint security controls, operating models and risk management practices
  • Proven track record of leading large engineering and security teams through transformation and change
  • Experience developing and delivering outcome-focused security strategies for senior stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build high-performing multidisciplinary teams, commitment to developing talent, coaching others and building inclusive team cultures
  • Experience owning security roadmaps, prioritisation decisions and large-scale technology delivery
  • Ability to translate complex technical risks into clear business decisions and recommendations
  • Background in engineering-led security environments with a focus on automation, scalability and simplification
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance and control requirements

And it would be great if you had any of the following...

  • Financial services industry experience
  • Experience implementing or operating Zero Trust security principles at enterprise scale
  • Expertise across Microsoft 365 Security technologies and endpoint security platforms
  • Experience managing data loss prevention and insider risk capabilities
  • Strong understanding of identity, cloud, network and application security domains
  • Experience influencing senior governance forums and external technology partners
  • Knowledge of modern workplace technologies across Windows, macOS, mobile and server environments
  • Experience driving standardisation and simplification of enterprise security tooling landscapes
