You will oversee a range of workplace services including Front of House, Security, Cleaning and Waste, while acting as the primary point of contact for workplace operations, facilities matters and stakeholder engagement. Health & Safety will be a major focus of the role, requiring a proactive approach to compliance, risk management, contractor control and promoting a strong safety culture across the workplace.

  • Manage Front of House, Security, Cleaning and Waste operations.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, occupiers, service partners and building management teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for workplace and facilities matters.
  • Lead workplace Health & Safety activities, including DSE assessments, risk assessments, audits, inspections and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate contractors, permits to work and safe working practices across the site.
  • Monitor operational performance, service standards and KPIs.
  • Produce operational, compliance and performance reporting.
  • Support workplace projects, moves and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the workplace remains safe, compliant, welcoming and presentation-ready at all times.

  • A customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering exceptional workplace experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
