Job Overview
Underbelly is looking for a site manager to help us run our Xmas festival site in Liverpool at Skate St George's 2026
The Site Manager is our designated responsible person on site whilst open to the public, and during build and break periods. They are essential for making sure the site runs smoothly, and for dealing with any issues that may arise. They lead on crisis management, site organisation, and staff labour that must take place for the site to run operationally
They are supported by the Underbelly Operational team on an ongoing basis, but have the knowledge and experience to take the lead on site operations on an incredibly busy site with a large daily footfall
Duties
- Responsible for the overall management of the entire site, with varying levels of responsibility including managing the Security and Cleaning team to ensure the site runs smoothly at its full operational capacity
- Supporting the bar management team, the front of house management team, the box office management team, and the Ice Rink team to ensure they have what they need from the site to efficiently and effectively run their departments
- Performing general site maintenance that is required throughout the festival period, utilising support from the Underbelly Senior Management team and responding to any actionable requests. Identifying when specialist contractors or senior technical support are required
- Providing daily site reports and alerting the Underbelly team to any larger issues
Job Requirements
- Proven site and/or venue management background, with experience within festival sites an advantage
- Experience of busy sites that require constant attention to continue to run smoothly
- Ability to create a great positive work atmosphere and to spread this positivity to the rest of the workforce

Pay: Up to £1,400.00 per week
