Lead daily operations at MUSAC and Sports Fields, ensuring safe facilities, exceptional customer service and team leadership.
About You
You are an experienced Duty Manager with a background in sport, leisure or aquatic facility operations. You are a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, customer service and operational excellence.
You will demonstrate
- Experience leading operations within aquatic and/or leisure facilities.
- Sound knowledge of pool plant operations and water quality management.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, risk management and public safety practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service within an inclusive environment.
Essential Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification.
- Aquatic Technical Operator accreditation.
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to complete and maintain the required Health and Fitness Assessment.
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
