  • Rate: Circa £15.50 per hour
  • Contracted Hours: 3 Days, 3 Nights, 3 Rest Avg: 56 hours

Role

Working within this flagship building and prestigious environment in Canary Wharf your primary role is to ensure

the security of people, premises, and property, protecting the reputation of the client/tenants throughout availing

of the onsite security systems.

As a CCTV Controller you will supervise all aspects of the client’s/tenant’s security requirements and support the

Security Manager in the day-to-day running of the security function.

Further this position will form a key part in assisting the Security Manager with daily task and objectives that need

to be adhered to in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA). Further in

the absence of the Security Supervisor, you may be required to step up as required.

You will support the delivery of a truly exceptional customer journey for both staff and visitors. To achieve this,

you will be/become well versed in the processes and practices of a CCTV Controller professional. Excellence in

customer service will be at the heart of the role. You will be part of a well drilled security operation.

To ensure synergy across our service providers, we work with a 'one team' approach to successfully deliver an

excellent customer journey so in this role you will work closely with catering, cleaning, maintenance, and Front

of House teams in order to provide an environment which is welcoming and relaxed yet safe and secure at all

times.

  • Promote the client, tenants other service providers positively to all you come in to contact with,
  • throughout the customer journey

  • Be highly presentable, accountable; take responsibility and ownership for any tasks identified or
  • allocated
  • Ensure all contact, be it internal or external; by telephone, face to face or any other medium; is clear,
  • courteous, polite, professional, and respectful
  • Ensure complete client/tenant/other service provider confidentiality; protecting people and information
  • is paramount
  • Where applicable: appropriate use of CCTV/access control and any other electronic management
  • system, and completion of reports and documentation in a timely fashionBe familiar with all Security and Emergency procedures on site and assist in the facilitation of their safe
  • execution and practice.
