Compliance Consultant | Consumer Credit | Melbourne
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Hybrid
We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation looking for an experienced Compliance Consultant with strong consumer credit expertise to join a high-performing team.
This is a great opportunity to work on new products, customer propositions and major business transformation initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Technology and Credit Risk/Originations.
What you'll bring
✅ Strong consumer credit compliance experience
✅ Practical, commercially minded approach to regulatory advice
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
✅ Confidence to constructively challenge and advise senior stakeholders
✅ Experience across product, projects, transformation or business change
✅ Strong understanding of consumer credit regulation
✅ Experience managing incidents, breaches and reportable situations
Credit card or payments experience will be highly regarded.
We're particularly interested in people coming from major banks, consumer lending, credit card/payments, fintech or financial services consulting environments.
