Are you an experienced compliance professional who knows how to build strong regulatory frameworks without slowing down the business?

We’re on the hunt for a sharp, proactive Compliance Manager to elevate our compliance framework, partner closely with senior leadership, and lead our offshore QA team.

What You’ll Bring

  • Private Health Insurance Expertise (Required): Strong, proven experience navigating health insurance (distribution) compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Utilities/Energy Experience (Bonus): Exposure to the retail energy or utilities distribution sector is a big plus!
  • Compliance Background: 4-5 + years in a compliance-focused role with a track record of developing and uplifting compliance frameworks (familiarity with AS ISO 37301:2023 is highly regarded).
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing or guiding teams, particularly offshore Quality Assurance (QA) functions.
  • Tech & Systems: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRMs) to manage workflows and reporting.
  • Communication: Ability to act as a trusted advisor, influence cross-functional teams, and review marketing materials with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Qualifications: A degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Framework & Risk Management: Uplift and maintain our compliance framework, ensuring our operations stay aligned with all legal and internal obligations.
  • Strategic Partnering: Work directly with the Head of Compliance and business units to identify risks, streamline processes, and review marketing/operational collateral.
  • QA Team Leadership: Lead and empower our offshore Quality Assurance team to ensure operational outputs consistently hit high-quality and regulatory standards.
  • Insights & Reporting: Utilise data to spot risk trends, drive root-cause improvements, manage breach reporting, and deliver clear monthly insights to senior management.
  • Capability Building: Partner with our L&D team to design and roll out engaging compliance training across the organisation.
