Compliance Officer – NDIS Disability Services

Ample Care Support Services is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our growing team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor staff and participant files to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Complete staff and participant onboarding documentation checks.
- Monitor mandatory staff training and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Track and manage document expiry dates, including NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR, Police Checks, and other mandatory certifications.
- Prepare and maintain weekly staff rosters.
- Respond to staff enquiries and provide administrative and compliance support.
- Assist with internal audits and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Support continuous quality improvement and ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards.
Requirements
- Experience in the NDIS or disability services sector is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $67,478.39 – $121,513.69 per year
