As our eCommerce Cross-brand Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional online customer experiences across multiple retail brands including Sunglass Hut, OPSM, Ray-Ban and Oakley. Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Operations Manager, you'll lead the operational performance of our ecommerce ecosystem by driving continuous improvement across customer experience, fulfilment, omnichannel operations and digital platforms.

Working across Technology, Customer Care, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Digital Product and external partners, you'll identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimise customer journeys and deliver scalable solutions that support business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, leading cross-functional initiatives and using data to drive better business outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operational performance of our ecommerce platforms, delivering a seamless customer experience across multiple brands.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance ecommerce capabilities, digital experiences and operational processes.
  • Manage local stakeholder engagement for projects, platform enhancements and operational changes.
  • Support platform releases through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue triage, testing and post-launch monitoring.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimise customer journeys and omnichannel capabilities.
  • Partner with Customer Care, Retail Operations, Distribution Centres, Technology and Digital teams to resolve issues and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, Gross-to-Net performance and supply chain metrics, using insights to drive business improvements.
  • Coach and develop the eCommerce Operations Coordinator, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Experience in ecommerce or omnichannel operations within a retail environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms, CMS technologies and digital release processes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Highly Regarded

  • Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics platforms such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
  • Project management or Agile delivery experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
