About SABRE Security Solutions SABRE Security Solutions provides discreet, disciplined security for individuals, residences and businesses across London. We deliver close protection, corporate and commercial security, residential and estate security, event security, protective transport, and security risk assessments — every assignment built around the client's specific risk, not a standard package.
Our approach is built on four principles: Assess, Plan, Protect, Review. We look for operatives who share our standard of discretion, preparation, and accountability.
The Role We're looking for professional, alert, and reliable security operatives to join our team across a range of assignments — from corporate premises and residential estates to private events and high-profile appearances. Depending on your licensing, experience, and availability, you may be deployed to:
- Close Protection — accompanying executives, private individuals, or public figures on domestic and international movements
- Corporate & Commercial Security — securing offices, hotels, retail, and commercial premises
- Residential & Estate Security — protecting private residences, gated properties, and family/household security
- Event Security — managing access, guest movement, and principal protection at corporate functions, launches, and private events
- Protective Transport — supporting secure, discreet journey planning and executive travel
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible or discreet security presence as required by the assignment
- Conduct access control, patrols, and monitoring of premises or venues
- Assess situations and respond calmly and appropriately to incidents or emerging risks
- Follow assignment briefings, communication protocols, and contingency plans
- Liaise professionally with clients, guests, and members of the public
- Maintain accurate incident logs and reporting
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
- Work effectively as part of a coordinated team on larger assignments
Requirements Essential
- Valid SIA licence (Door Supervision, Close Protection, or relevant category depending on role)
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner
- High standards of personal presentation and conduct
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and events
- Strong situational awareness and sound judgement under pressure
Desirable
- Previous experience in close protection, corporate, residential, or event security
- First Aid certification
- Full UK driving licence (for protective transport assignments)
- Experience working in high-profile or client-facing environments
- Physical fitness relevant to the demands of the role
