Facilities & Compliance Manager (Full Time)
The Foundation of Light is seeking to recruit a passionate and dedicated Facilities & Compliance Manager to lead the management of our buildings, facilities, compliance and organisational assurance activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose, whilst leading the Foundation's approach to health and safety, risk management, statutory compliance and operational excellence.
Alongside responsibility for facilities operations, maintenance programmes and contractor management, the role will act as the Foundation's lead officer for organisational compliance, risk management and statutory assurance, ensuring robust systems, records and reporting are maintained across the charity.
Working closely with the Head of Customer Experience and Beacon of Light General Manager, the successful candidate will support the ongoing development of our facilities, oversee health and safety compliance, monitor facilities budgets and performance, and help ensure the Foundation continues to deliver outstanding experiences for the communities we serve.
