We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium industrial assets across Brisbane’s south-west suburbs.

Join one of CBRE’s top-performing industrial property teams, delivering outstanding results for the *ESR Group,*a leading global real asset manager with a significant presence across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The portfolio includes some of the country’s most advanced industrial and logistics facilities, supporting global brands and critical supply chains.

A snapshot of your day;

  • Managing essential building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic, security and landscaping contractors
  • Driving contractor performance, compliance and service excellence across the portfolio
  • Conducting regular property inspections and proactively identifying improvement opportunities
  • Managing operating expenditure budgets and delivering cost-effective maintenance outcomes
  • Coordinating reactive maintenance and minor works projects
  • Work from home opportunities when not attending sites, client meetings, or team collaboration days

What you'll bring;

  • Experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations or Property Operations
  • A solid understanding of industrial building services including fire, mechanical, hydraulic and essential services
  • Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience managing multiple sites and competing priorities
  • Experience with Yardi, Rapid Global or similar FM platforms (preferred)
  • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
